Johnson's Garden Center - East

Truth 2 months ago

I was excited to purchase several houseplants from Johnson’s Garden Center, but unfortunately one of them appears to have had a mealybug infestation. The plant has been isolated from my other plants since the day I brought it home, and despite months of treatment, the infestation has continued. When I contacted the store, I was told they couldn’t replace it because it had been a few months since purchase. While I understand return policies exist, I was disappointed that no effort was made to help resolve what appears to have been an issue that likely originated before I bought the plant. I expected better customer service, especially as a first-time customer purchasing multiple plants. I hope Johnson’s will consider standing behind the quality of their plants and offering more flexibility in situations like this.

The staff is most helpful and knowledgeable. Saved me a lot of time not having to search the whole place for the specific plant I needed!

Great place to browse and support your gardening addiction. Ask questions... We have a lot of good nursery options around here so the staff is key to finding your favorite, and these guys don't disappoint.

My grandmother and I have been coming here around Christmas time every year. We love shopping from the beautiful trees they had set up with cute ornaments. They offer popcorn and hot cider while you shop. Wonderful plants and people! Can’t go wrong.

Good prices. The greenhouse is super fun. Lots of color for indoor winter plants now.
